Tim Walden
B.A., LLB, Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand, Registered Patent Attorney
Tim is an experienced trade mark and patent attorney who has filed and prosecuted hundreds of trade mark applications in New Zealand and around the world. Having worked in the trade mark field for over ten years, Tim has been able to bring his broad experience into play in the development of the IPOL trade mark wizards.
Rachel Dawson
B.A., LLB, Postgraduate Diploma in International Copyright Law, Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand
Rachel has over ten years experience in assisting businesses to secure the best available protection for their trade marks, copyright and designs in New Zealand and around the world. Her previous role was as Assistant Commissioner of Trade Marks for the Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand (IPONZ), where she drafted practice guidelines, issued pre-Hearing decisions, and led a review of IPONZ and IP Australia's approach to examination of trade mark applications.
Carrick Robinson
B.Com, Chartered Accountant, Registered Patent Attorney
Carrick is a trade mark and patent attorney who has practised for many years in patent and trade mark firms in New Zealand and the UK, as well as having worked in-house as trade mark counsel for Rover Group Limited in Birmingham. Carrick is expert at filing and prosecuting trade mark applications in New Zealand and overseas and has represented clients in Hearings before the New Zealand and UK Trade Marks Intellectual Property Offices.
