IPOL is concerned that intellectual property owners often file applications for registration themselves with very little knowledge of the important issues and potential pitfalls. It is our aim to identify the issues and potential danger areas so that intellectual property owners can prepare their own applications for registration with an increased likelihood of acquiring worthwhile rights.

IPOL also wants to empower the user. All costs are up front, and if the user requires more assistance, it is available through the IPOL website. If however, the user wants to go it alone, IPOL has empowered the intellectual property owner to achieve a great result through the implementation of the step-by-step filing Wizard.
